Good and bad control in public administrations

It took us some time but finally it is online first: My article with Meike Wiemann and Antoinette Weibel on good and bad control in public administrations shows that Management by Objectives have a positive impact on trust in the employer whereas Systematic Performance Appraisals have a negative impact.
